How does this thing work though?

During 1:1 Coach in Your Backpocket, we’ll be in touch over Voxer (a free walkie-talkie app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages). 


It’s one day of personalized coaching that fits the way you REALLY live and learn. 

AND The best part? You don’t need to free your calendar for this. 

This is a low-pressure format of coaching via text or voice memo, that integrates into your day; between the school run, dinner time, and daily work tasks.

Together, we’ll dive deep into whatever is keeping you from wanting sex with your partner, and what first steps you can take to reduce the pressure.

You won't be left hanging after our day together! Pop a few follow-up questions in one email up to two weeks after our day - and I'll get back to you with guidance and support. This ensures that we can course correct if the mini-action plan we created isn't working for you!

Through a short and sweet chat-style application form, you'll tell me what's going on and what you're looking for in terms of support and goals.

Book your day

If I think 1:1 Coach in your Backpocket sounds like a good fit -- you'll simply book your day and make your payment through my secure checkout system. 

Once you're booked in, you'll create a Voxer account - it’s free.

We’ll add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message in advance to tell me more about what’s troubling you. This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.

 When your day comes, you’ll have access to me from 8 AM to 6 PM CET*

Don’t worry - you don’t need to free your calendar for a marathon 10-hour long chat, and you’re not expected to or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies.

You just need to make sure you have enough time between your daily activities to listen and reply to messages - as well as the mental space to process, think, and integrate our conversations. 

This allows for more spacious conversations—no rush, no pressure, no “faking it” just because you have a scheduled session. 

You'll find that getting to integrate this coaching access throughout your day gives you time to make new connections, think of questions that you didn't even realize you had, and start integrating what we cover. 

That’s part of what makes this day so effective.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if we’re in different timezones?

I’ll be available between 8 AM CET and 6 PM CET. This means, most time zones get at least a handful of hours of conversation during our day together.

In order to accommodate for several time zones, some of the times have been pushed back or forward. When you book your day you'll get to choose your preferred hours.

UK time: 7 AM- 5 PM 
EST: 2 AM - 12 lunch 
PST: 2 AM - 12 lunch
AEST: 3 PM- 1 AM

What if I need to reschedule?

I get it, life happens! So if you need to reschedule your original date - please reach out no sooner than 24 hours in advance. To be mindful of both my time and yours, rescheduling is only permitted once.

How much time is included in 1:1 Coach in your Backpocket?

You'll have access to me between 8 AM CET and 6 PM CET. 

Don’t worry. This doesn’t mean we’ll be communicating nonstop for 10 hours. That’s just the window during which we’ll be exchanging messages. Some times there might be a bit more of back and forth, and other times there might be a while before one of us replies.


How available do I need to be over 1:1 Coach in your Backpocket?

During our day, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the day.

All you need to make sure you is that have enough time between your daily activities to listen and reply to messages - as well as the mental space to process, think, and integrate our conversations. 

What if I still have questions after our day together?

No worries - you will have ample opportunity to follow-up with me after our day. 1:1 Coach in your Backpocket gives you to email me once, up to two weeks after our day with any questions you may have, concerns about the tips you've been trying, or other queries related to our day. In response, you will receive a thorough email from me, guiding you forward, with suggestions and ideas to ensure the mini-action plan we created together works for you!

And, should you feel you want more regular support over a longer period of time, we can discuss options for that too - crediting the cost of 1:1 Coach in your Backpocket to working with me in other capacities.

What if I don't know what to ask you?

No need to worry! To get us started, I'll be asking you a question or two. And as our day progresses you'll find that our conversation will flow naturally - leaving space and time for questions to pop up for you.
