I'm a Sex Therapist.

I’m here to help you relieve the stress, anxiety, shame and pressure around sex -- so you can get your sex drive back and get your relationship on track.

Sexuality is an integrated part of our overall health which is why problems associated with it really can mess things up, even in other areas of our lives. 

Sexual issues are often awkward and shameful to discuss. In working with me through sex therapy & coaching, we reduce the shame and allow you to feel ownership over your own sexuality. It really is possible to find routes to good sex!
